The Smugglers Tavern has a potted history in Fitzrovia… it’s been standing since 1798 in various forms and has seen many a smuggler, rogue or wretch through its doors. Indeed, the plot for the Great Train Robbery was supposedly hatched here. Famed F1 legend Bernie Ecclestone spent his formative years along Warren Street, ducking and diving in and out of The Smugglers.
The pub is laid back in comforting surroundings with a great soundtrack and friendly, inviting staff.
We pride ourselves on great quality products at reasonable prices with high standards of service.
We cannot wait to welcome you!
The Smugglers Tavern is part of the Tidalwave Bars group and has a wonderful sister pub in Camden called The Colonel Fawcett
